Can I use Trebble audio editor for free?

Absolutely! It is important for us to make sure our platform is accessible to as many people as possible. Our free plan gives you unlimited studio quality recording, unlimited hosting, our Magic Sound Enhancer, our A.I powered noise reduction, our catalog of music and sounds, and more. You also get 30 minutes of audio transcription each month. If you need more time, you can always upgrade to any of our paid plans which includes all of this and more.

Do I need to enter a credit card to use Trebble free plan?

No. You can sign up and use Trebble free plan without providing a credit card. You get 30 minutes of audio transcription each month without paying. If you decide that you want more, you can upgrade to a paid plan that you can cancel at anytime.

Do I get 30 minutes of transcription time each month in the Free plan?

Yes. You get 30 minutes of transcription each month without paying. The month starts with your registration day. That said, you can record and upload as much audio content as you want and you can edit audio content you've already transcribed as much as you like.

Do you offer special rates for students, educators, and non-profits?

Yes, we do. You can apply here for free.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can. You can downgrade your monthly subscription plan at any time from within your user settings page. The downgrade will take effect during the next billing cycle. All annual downgrades will take effect on the following one-year billing cycle.

Can I really cancel anytime?

Yes, absolutely. If you want to cancel your plan, simply go to your settings page and cancel it there. If you do cancel, you will continue to have access to all the premium features until the end of your billing cycle.
